Courmayeur Design Week-end

Tecno takes part in this new initiative, which sees the design network convene in a new winter location, to highlight the way in which it transforms workplaces into dynamic, flexible and customisable spaces in which to carry out various daily activities in comfort. Visitors can try working on their feet with the Clavis standing-desk, relax on the elegant Pons sofa and inviting Plau armchairs in the lounge-like waiting area, perfect for informal chat, or even arrange a meeting around the large Nomos table, in a more secluded setting made possible with the Multy partition system that guarantees visual privacy and reduces noise impact.

The coworking space, complete with iconic pieces from Zanotta (part of the Tecno Group since 2017), is also equipped with computers, plotters and printers and won’t just be a functional hub but will also host a panel of experts who will hold seminars on the latest hot topics. The space will also house an anthological exhibition of models, put together by Design School students at the Politecnico di Milano, which examine the evolution of workplaces and work methods.

This exhibition is part of a rich programme that will see Courmayeur transformed into one big installation spanning shop windows and hotel lounges. In addition to exhibitions, the event will incorporate conferences, talks and interviews on various architectural and design themes.
