Clavis in the list for the Compasso D'oro ADI 2018

The Clavis table system has been selected by the ADI’s Permanent Observatory in the ADI Design Index 2017 competing in the edition of the Compasso d’Oro awarded in 2018.

A design for a system in response to the needs of contemporary workspaces, increasingly nimble, flexible and adaptable: Clavis can be adapted and reconfigured according to changes in the environment at any time, be they structural, dimensional or typological.

The patented joint, at the heart of the design, permits "tool free" assembly: a simple and direct connecting element, it unites the top and frame structure, facilitating rapid and limitless configuration.

Clavis offers various top heights or the progressive adjustment of the height, thus enabling the most contemporary sit-stand working approaches. The possibility of integrating the io.T – The Intelligence of Tecno – allows the system to create advanced, interconnected work environments, blending the tangible, analogue world with the intangible world of digital.

A product concept selected by the Observatory thanks to its innovative content that embraces and interprets evolution as it happens, expressing attention in design to personal comfort, plurality of application and optimisation of space.

Clavis is part of the ADI Design Index display currently in Milan until 17 October at the Leonardo da Vinci National Science and Technology Museum and which will also be presented in Rome at the Acquario Romano from 27 October to 8 November.
