TECNO Smart Growth: Automation, Security and Skills for the Future.

Funded by the Lombardy Region’s Regional Program under the European Regional Development Fund 2021–2027 (PR FESR 2021–2027).

The TECNO S.P.A. project aims to strengthen the company’s competitiveness through a process of innovation and digitalisation of commercial and logistics processes. In particular, the initiative involves the adoption of an advanced CRM system, designed to improve customer relationship management, centralise commercial information and make marketing and sales activities more effective, thereby enhancing the company’s ability to respond to market demands.

In parallel, the project includes the implementation of a WMS system for the digitalisation and automation of warehouse management, with the aim of optimising goods handling, improving stock control and reducing operational errors. The initiative is complemented by measures to strengthen IT security and staff skills development activities, so as to ensure the effective use of the new solutions adopted and provide structured support for the company’s transformation process.
