The sophisticated responsive system, integrated into the body of the seat, allows the posture to be automatically adjusted according to the user’s weight. Ideal for office and soft contract environments, it ensures that every user immediately finds the perfect support, even in meeting or shared settings. Slender, light and refined, the seat is extremely elegant and distinctive, fitting seamlessly into upscale executive offices, state meeting rooms and home-office environments.  

Vela is a family of seats available in a wide selection of models: side chair, cantilever, four wooden legs, four fixed legs on castors or self-returning with feet, and five-star swivel base on castors with height adjustment. In the conference and executive versions, the armrest can be upholstered or made of aluminium, in the same finish as the base, while the entire collection is available in a wide range of colours to create high-impact accents or form coordinated groups.  

Introduced in 2014, Vela won the ADI Compasso d'Oro Award in 2016.
