Developed for the new headquarters of the Italian Embassy in London, the project confirms Tecno’s contribution to the creation of spaces that express institutional authority, cultural identity and a contemporary vision of the workplace.
Designed by interior designer Nick Vinson, the interiors articulate the public and representative areas through a clear architectural language, in which functionality, orientation and spatial identity are enhanced by a distinctive chromatic palette. Colour is used as a design tool to define functions and strengthen the overall coherence of the building, while respecting the diplomatic context.
At the heart of the Embassy’s waiting room, the Nomos meeting table, designed by Norman Foster for Tecno, becomes a defining element of the space. Its rigorous geometry and measured presence express a synthesis of architectural vision, design precision and workplace culture, contributing to the overall quality of the interiors. The setting is completed by the Tecno T1 coffe tables, conceived as true works of art in the form of tables.
The project’s stylistic and chromatic choices reflect a design approach that combines operational precision with a contemporary interpretation of public spaces.
Through Tecno’s contribution, Casa Italia expresses the company’s ability to translate institutional values into representative and functional environments, designed to evolve over time while maintaining a strong and recognisable identity.
