A place to meet and connect that is highly flexible and identifiable, responding to new requirements of contemporary meeting spaces, it is designed to enhance collaboration and cooperation. The new concept of social interaction creates an innovative and unique pod for limitless connectivity.  
 
Alis is mobile space to meet and interact and can be fully customised based on the requirements of its users. The meeting pod it can be installed in indoor and outdoor settings: from offices to commercial spaces, as well as civic and communal areas such as stations and airports.

The orchid

Inspired by the organic forms of an orchid, the petals envelope the ceiling and walls of the six meters in length glass cube. The fluid forms provide transparency, allowing light to pass through, while at the same time elegantly ensuring privacy for those inside.

Tecno & Zaha Hadid Architects

A "spacecraft" born from the fluid and futuristic sign of Zaha Hadid Architects, who found in Tecno a partner capable of giving shape to this vision, creating an avant-garde project. Alis creates a space for the future, where flexibility and comfort are complemented by advanced information technology zones.

Alis is constructed to the highest standards with exacting digital manufacturing techniques including 3D printing and CAD/CAM tooling.

From its bespoke panelling system to its floor and ceiling that discreetly conceal most electronic and mechanical installations within a cohesive design inspired by nature.

Long-life durability

The modular design enables the pod to be easily be disassembled, transported, repurposed and re-used in different configurations for alternative functions.  Each element of the pod is integral to its circular design cycle that ensures long-life durability and minimal waste with components that can be recycled or upcycled into second life applications.

Alis at 17th Venice Architecture Biennale

Alis unveils itself as a world premiere in the Giardino delle Vergine at the Arsenale in Venice, the home of the Italian Pavilion in the occasion of the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale: an innovative space for physical and digital connectivity within which will be presented the masterplan “Unicorn Island” in response to the “Resilient Communities” theme of this year’s Italian Pavilion, curated by Alessandro Melis.
