Essential and light, as a unique piece or combined in series, the Hortus bench was born from the archetype of outdoor seating and now moves into the living spaces, characterising the new ways of furnishing with its disruptive aesthetics.
Designed by defined and geometric lines, it is warm in materials with a strong silhouette that captures the attention. If Hortus was once the Latin term used by farmers to indicate their farm, today this term is used to characterise the monumental aesthetics and powerful mastery of this bench. Designed by the collaboration between Tecno and Jean-Michel Wilmotte, it is an invitation to different environments: it can be used for places of rest and refreshment, in coffee break or intensive work areas. Its archetypal line is softened by the use of wood, which gives the seat a natural character.
